Why hasn't my rocket launched yet?
Rockets don't launch instantly — they join a shared queue for the next scheduled Launch Day at a real spaceport, roughly every few days. Check the Launch tab for the countdown.
How do I change my nickname, school, or country?
Go to the Profile tab, tap the pencil icon next to your name, make your changes, and tap Save.
What does Tany Pro unlock?
A one-time purchase that removes the daily limit on questions to Tany and the limit on rocket launches. Your first launch and 10 daily questions are always free without it.
Is my child's information safe?
We collect only a chosen nickname, school, and country — never a real name or precise location. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
